Not working

Im on Pro Tools 10 and so far the app not working!!

Ive followed all the steps in the setup process and it worked for only for about 2 minutes then crashed!

Pro tools keeps crashing and I seriously believe I should get a refund!!

Im writing the developer to find out why this app is absolutely not working at all.
